Centre Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result- oriented Centre Manager to manage the overall operations, sales, team, and customer experience of our beauty center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day center operations smoothly.
  
• Drive sales, revenue, admissions, and business growth.
  
• Handle and motivate the center team to achieve targets.
  
• Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and experience.
  
• Monitor center performance and prepare regular reports.
  
• Handle staff attendance, discipline, and daily activities.
  
• Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and other team members.
  
• Ensure the center maintains proper beauty industry standards and processes.
  
  

• 3-5 years of experience in Beauty, Wellness, Beauty Academy, or related industry.
  
• Experience in Centre/Branch Management preferred.
  
• Strong sales, customer handling, and team management skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Target-oriented and comfortable handling centre revenue.
  
• Candidates with experience in managing a beauty/academy centre will be preferred.
