Bora Classes is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Centre Manager to lead our coaching class center. If you have excellent English proficiency (spoken and written), expertise in Google Drive, client relationship management skills, and proficiency in Hindi (spoken), then we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the coaching class center, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and teachers to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide support and guidance as needed to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as invoicing, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with the management team to set and achieve performance targets and financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date on educational trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our coaching services.
- Database management, networking with local institutions, and active participation in marketing initiatives.
