Designation Centre Manager

Reporting To Vice President
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Centre Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and client experience of a Simpliwork Flex Space centre. The role will act as the face of the centre - ensuring seamless operations, high levels of client satisfaction, strong occupancy experience, and smooth coordination across internal teams including Sales, Facilities, Community, and Customer Success. This role requires a strong balance of operational ownership, relationship management,
hospitality mindset, and commercial awareness.
Role & Responsibilities
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Own and enhance the overall client experience within the centre
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day requirements
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up of client requests, concerns, and escalations
- Drive high levels of client satisfaction and engagement within the workspace
Centre Operations Management
- Oversee daily centre operations to ensure smooth functioning of the workspace
- Coordinate closely with Facilities, Housekeeping, Security, IT, and other support teams
- Ensure centre readiness, upkeep, ambience, and operational standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor inventory, meeting room management, pantry operations, and common area experience
Sales & Occupancy Support
- Coordinate and host prospective client visits and walkthroughs
- Ensure the centre is presentation-ready at all times
- Support the Sales team in driving occupancy and conversion through strong on-ground experience management
Reporting & Coordination
- Share daily operational and client experience reports with the Senior Manager – Customer Success
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, client requests, escalations, visitor management, and operational updates
- Highlight operational risks, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities proactively
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Facilities, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure communication loops are closed and client commitments are tracked effectively
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in coworking, hospitality, managed office spaces, real estate, hotels, or customer-facing operations roles
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling operational coordination and escalation management
- Proficient in reporting, coordination, and day-to-day operational tracking
