Role Summary
The Centre Head is responsible for overall operations, administration, patient experience, business growth, and team management of the hospital or healthcare centre. The role ensures smooth daily functioning, achievement of revenue targets, compliance with healthcare standards, and high-quality patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital/centre operations
- Supervise administrative, clinical, and support staff
- Ensure excellent patient service and satisfaction
- Monitor revenue, billing, and operational costs
- Achieve business and occupancy targets
- Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and NABH standards
- Handle escalations, complaints, and crisis situations
- Prepare operational and performance reports
- Drive marketing and patient engagement initiatives
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance

Qualification
