Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Centre Head based in Shillong. The Centre Head will oversee day-to-day operations, including managing staff, coordinating training programs, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre. Responsibilities include driving operational efficiency, maintaining a high standard of service quality, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves engaging with stakeholders, managing resources, and contributing to the centre's growth while addressing the educational and developmental needs of the community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Organisational and time management skills for coordinating operations efficiently
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the education or skill development sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software tools
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site environment
