Job Title: Central Sales Manager

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly strategic, performance-oriented Central Sales Manager with strong expertise in the stock market domain to lead and streamline sales operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth
Design and execute comprehensive sales strategies leveraging in-depth stock market knowledge to promote stock marketrelated courses and programs.
- Target Planning & Performance Management
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for teams.
Monitor performance regularly and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Executive & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with top management to align branch-level execution with overall organizational goals.
- Customer Experience & Academic Excellence
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, service quality, and academic delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field
-Master's degree preferred
Experience
-Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in sales management and operational roles
-Prior experience in a stock market, finance, or investment education environment is highly preferred
-Stock Market Expertise
Strong understanding of stock market fundamentals, financial instruments, and investment concepts
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
