Job Description

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Inventory Planning professional to manage inventory planning, replenishment, and optimization activities across channels. The role will be responsible for ensuring optimal stock availability, improving inventory productivity, and supporting business growth through effective planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage inventory planning and replenishment processes to ensure optimum stock availability.

. Monitor inventory levels across stores, warehouses, and channels while identifying opportunities for stock optimization.

. Analyze sales performance, demand patterns, inventory trends, and supply metrics to support business objectives.

. Develop and maintain demand forecasts to improve inventory accuracy and service levels.

. Partner with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations teams to ensure effective inventory deployment.

. Drive inventory productivity initiatives by minimizing excess inventory and reducing stock-outs.

. Monitor key inventory KPIs such as Sell-through, Inventory Turnover, Weeks of Cover, Fill Rate, and Service Levels.

. Support seasonal planning, assortment planning, and inventory allocation decisions.

. Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders for business planning.

. Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in inventory management.
