Operational Responsibilities
- Develop and drive process improvements for sales processes and RP management
- Scheduling of zonal wholesales for vehicles based on production plan and sales plan.
- Monitor and maintain optimum inventory levels at RDCs and plan replenishment.
- Managing dealer receivables and payables for sales.
- Drive all processes and ensure adherence for smooth fulfillment of orders.
- Manage and review all data required for effective wholesales planning like stock levels and consumption trends..
- Manage vendors for outsourced processes through KPI tracking and periodic reviews.
Cross-functional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with logistics and central planning for order scheduling and dispatch planning
- Identify fulfillment process challenges, resolve issues and drive improvements with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with transformation teams to develop robust systems for central ops processes.
- Work on swimlane projects to enhance RP and channel efficiency.
Team Responsibilities
- Monitor and guide team members for order management and daily fulfilment operations
- Guide and train team members on new process adoption.
