Central Demand Planning Exec.

The Role:

• Assist Central demand planner in timely and smooth execution of demand planning processes
• Maintenance of demand planning masters
• Working with sales for facilitating S&OP process, data aggregation and dis-aggregation
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders like IT, sales, finance for smooth functioning of demand planning process
• Spend time in the market to understand the demand planning and sales trends and understand reasons for MAPE and Bias
• This will be a individual Contributor role.
• This role will be reporting to the Centrall Demand planning manager role.

Responsibilities:

Supervising: Ensuring KPIs

• MAPE
• Forecast Value add
• Forecast accuracy

Technical / Administrative Support:

• Should have experience running the monthly S&OP cycle along with Sales and marketing teams.
• Should know how to run Demand planning, forecasting systems and how to generate and improve monthly forecasts.
• Role will be Central SPOC for demand planning system master data generation and maintenance.

Skills required:

• System knowledge of Demand planning systems (Blue Yonder , SAP IBP/APO , O9 , Kinaxis )
• Preferred Background - IT, SCM , Good knowledge of SAP,
• Advanced Excel skills Required. Should be having Engineering or Science as Graduation degree with Good Maths skills.
• Candidates with APICS certifications, CSCP, CPIM, PMP or statistics certifications etc will be preferred.

Experience:

• Experience in implementing Demand Planning , S&OP systems from scratch will be preferred.
• Candidate should be preferably from Manufacturing, Paints or FMCG industry. Potential Target companies will include Asian Paints, Berger , HUL , Dabur , Godrej , Mondelez , Berger Paints, Flipkart , amazon , Reliance Retail , Dmart etc
• Work ex range 2 years to 8 years.
• Graduate degree is must , MBA /MS will be a plus for the role.
• Graduates with Statistics/Demand planning related education will be preferred.
