Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager, located in Kolkata. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, including scheduling classes and activities, managing staff, and handling customer interactions. Responsibilities also include ensuring the center runs efficiently, maintaining a positive environment, addressing client inquiries, and devising strategies to meet business goals. The Center Manager will act as a key point of contact for both staff and clients, promoting excellent service delivery and enhancing operational standards.
