We're looking for an energetic, people-first leader to run all key aspects of our centre Sales, Marketing, and Operations much like running your own business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the centre team
- Engage parents & children (calls, emails, in-person)
- Ensure classes meet curriculum & quality standards; teach when needed
- Drive marketing & promotional activities to generate leads
- Own centre operations safe, clean, child-friendly environment
- Plan & execute events (Show Weeks, Birthday Parties, Field Trips, etc.)
- Maintain documentation & reports
What You Need
- 1-5 years in a customer-facing/team leadership role
- Strong communication & people skills; proficient in English & MS Office
- Fit, energetic, and genuinely loves working with children
- Organized, self-motivated, and a natural rapport-builder
