Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regulate stocks and supplies of herbs and nutritional foods
• Check and secure cash receipts
• Interact with patients/clients visiting the centre and make them comfortable
• Ensure client satisfaction and maximize sales
• Drive business deliverables, including achieving sales targets
• Supervise, direct, and coordinate day-to-day operations at the centre
• Plan and coordinate daily work assignments and operations
• Work cohesively with the centre team, including doctors and nutritionists, to monitor client progress
• Coordinate all aspects of patient care with appropriate team members
• Ensure quality service to each client
