Job Objective

To manage end-to-end operations and P&L of the center in alignment with organizational goals, ensuring quality patient care, operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and strong doctor/patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

A. Operations & Administration

  • Oversee daily center operations, floor management, and administration
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical medical practices, and hygiene standards
  • Supervise documentation, medical records, audits, and reporting
  • Manage procurement, inventory, vendor coordination, AMC, and asset maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with NABH / NABL / ISO and statutory regulations
  • Act as escalation point for operational and facility-related issues

B. Clinical & Patient Management

  • Monitor patient journey, satisfaction, and feedback mechanisms
  • Coordinate with IVF consultants, embryologists, nurses, RMOs, and counselors
  • Ensure transparent patient counseling, financial counseling, and timely refunds
  • Liaise with referring OB-GYNs and ensure continuity of care post successful IVF

C. Financial & Business Management

  • Drive revenue, profitability, and achievement of booking targets
  • Prepare and manage budgets with Finance team
  • Monitor expenses, billing, reimbursements, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Track KPIs, business performance, and submit MIS reports

D. Manpower & HR Management

  • Ensure optimal staffing as per manpower planning
  • Prepare duty rosters, staff rotations, and performance evaluations
  • Support HR in employee engagement, training, and attrition management
  • Lead, motivate, and develop center staff

E. Business Development & Marketing Support

  • Support branding, local marketing campaigns, and outreach programs
  • Build strong referral networks with doctors and healthcare providers
  • Participate in community events and promotional activities

F. Reporting & Audits

  • Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Maintain operational, clinical, HR, financial, and asset-related data
  • Oversee pharmacy stock audits and internal performance reviews

G. Training, Quality & Accreditation

  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs
  • Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives
  • Lead accreditation processes (NABH, ISO, etc.)

H. Assets & Infrastructure Management

  • Custodian of medical and non-medical assets
  • Asset tagging, audits, maintenance, warranty, and AMC follow-ups

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBBS / BDS / BAMS / BHMS or Bachelor's Degree with Master's in Healthcare Administration / Business Administration
  • Experience: 56 years in healthcare management (fertility clinic experience preferred)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi (or regional language as per location)
  • Gender Preference: Female

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HIMS, and reporting tools
