Centre Manager – Job Summary
The Centre Manager is responsible for overseeing overall center operations, administration, patient care, business development, compliance, staff management, and financial performance. The role includes managing daily operations, floor management, patient satisfaction, documentation, inventory, vendor coordination, hygiene standards, audits, and regulatory compliance. The Centre Manager ensures smooth coordination among doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining NABH/NABL/ISO standards. Responsibilities also include achieving revenue and booking targets, handling reporting, managing budgets, conducting staff training, monitoring KPIs, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring effective patient counselling and relationship management. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, multitasking ability, and expertise in healthcare management. Candidates should preferably possess a medical degree with a Master's in Healthcare Administration and 5–6 years of relevant healthcare management experience, preferably in fertility or hospital operations.
