About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and operationally strong Centre Head / Centre Manager to lead end-to-end center operations, drive admissions, manage teams, and ensure exceptional parent satisfaction. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about early childhood education, childcare services, customer excellence, and business growth.
Experience
5–10 years in similar center management roles OR 5–10 years in retail, customer service, client servicing, or operations leadership
Compensation
CTC: Up to ₹75,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete center operations and daily management
- Drive admissions, conversions, and business growth
- Act as the primary point of contact for parents and stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and coach center staff
- Ensure superior customer experience and parent engagement
- Manage center profitability and P&L responsibilities
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance standards
