We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Club Manager to lead operations, drive sales, and build a strong fitness community.

Role Description

• Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth

• Manage and motivate sales and training teams to achieve monthly targets

• Maintain high member satisfaction and retention

• Ensure excellent customer service and premium gym experience

• Monitor club performance metrics, reporting, and collections

• Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews

• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational standards across the club

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field (preferred)

• 3-5years experience in gym/fitness club management or sales leadership

• Strong sales and team management skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Experience handling membership sales, targets, and customer engagement

• Passion for fitness and wellness industry
