Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of an edtech learning center, ensuring seamless delivery of cohort-based upskilling programs.
- Manage instructor scheduling, classroom logistics, student attendance, and learning environment standards across multiple batches.
- Collaborate with regional training and placement teams to align curriculum delivery with hiring market needs and student outcomes.
- Drive student engagement and retention through regular check-ins, feedback loops, and resolution of academic or logistical concerns.
- Monitor center performance metrics (attendance, project completion, placement rates) and implement data-driven process improvements.
- Represent the brand locally—build relationships with campus partners, industry stakeholders, and student communities to amplify center visibility.
