Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager and Quant Faculty for CAT coaching, located in Andheri, Mumbai. The Center Manager will oversee the daily operations of the center, manage staff, and ensure student satisfaction. The Quant Faculty will be responsible for teaching quantitative ability and Logical reasoning subjects, preparing teaching material, conducting assessments, and providing guidance to students. The role requires effective communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to mentor and support students throughout their preparation journey.

• Strong teaching skills
• Proficiency in Statistics and Mathematics
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in teaching or mentoring students for competitive exams
• Ability to manage and lead a team of educators and administrative staff
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience in an educational institution or similar role is a plus
• Must have appeared for CAT exam in past and scored 99%ile
• Should have atleast 1 year of experience in teaching maths as a subject
