We are seeking a visionary experienced Centre Head for our VLCC Clinic. To provide a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCCs standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.
Position: Centre Head Clinics (Females Only)
Locations: Multi Locations in West India
Department: Operations Clinics
Reporting To: Regional Business Head
Experience: 610 years (at least 3 years in a leadership role)
Compensation: Best in Industry
Role Overview:
The Clinic Centre Head is accountable for the overall performance of the clinic owning revenue, customer experience, and operational excellence. This role involves leading cross-functional teams (slimming, beauty, dermatology, and support staff), driving sales, ensuring compliance, and delivering a superior client experience aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Business & Sales Growth
Deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets.
Drive sales through consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
Track daily/weekly MIS and ensure KPIs are met.
2) Operations & Service Excellence
Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic services (slimming, beauty, dermatology, wellness).
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Oversee inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
3) Team Leadership
Manage, coach, and motivate the clinic team (Centre staff, Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, and Counsellors).
Conduct regular reviews and performance appraisals.
Build a culture of accountability, service, and sales focus.
4) Customer Experience
Ensure every client receives a consistent, high-quality experience.
Resolve escalations and ensure high NPS & client retention.
Implement loyalty and referral programs.
5) Compliance & Reporting
Adhere to company SOPs and statutory requirements.
Ensure proper documentation for audits and reviews.
Provide regular performance updates to regional leadership.
4) Business Development
Build local tie-ups (RWAs, corporates, gyms, wellness camps) for footfall generation.
Partner with marketing & BTL teams for city-specific activations.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
6-10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
Proven track record of delivering revenue & leading teams.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first mind-set with high ownership.
Open to working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
