Role Description The Center Head / Senior Dentist will lead day-to-day clinical and operational activities at the AVMSmiles center in Bengaluru South in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive dental consultations and treatments, ensuring adherence to standardized clinical protocols, and maintaining meticulous documentation and sterilization practices. The role involves supervising and mentoring the clinical and support team, coordinating appointment schedules, and overseeing patient flow to deliver a predictable and high-quality experience. The Center Head / Senior Dentist will provide clear treatment explanations, transparent pricing communication, and follow-up care to build trust and long-term patient relationships. This position also requires collaborating with central operations on audits, training, marketing initiatives, and clinic performance metrics to ensure compliance, profitability, and alignment with AVMSmiles brand standards.
Qualifications

• Clinical dentistry expertise, including proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, endodontics, and preventive care.
• Experience in clinic leadership and operations management, including team supervision, workflow optimization, and adherence to standardized protocols.
• Strong patient communication and counseling skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and maintain transparent, ethical practices.
• Knowledge of infection control, sterilization standards, and documentation requirements, with a focus on quality and compliance.
• Comfort with digital tools and practice management systems; openness to working with cloud-based platforms, data-driven processes, and AI-assisted workflows.
• BDS degree from a recognized institution; MDS or equivalent specialization is preferred, with relevant clinical experience in a high-quality dental practice.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, protocol-driven environment and align with a standardized brand experience.
• Interest in long-term clinic ownership, business growth, and partnership with a scalable dental platform is an added advantage.
