Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Head for Pre-School at Mondo Skolaris International School, located in Hyderabad. The Center Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pre-school, ensuring the implementation of high-quality educational programs and adherence to the curriculum. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the teaching staff, fostering a safe and engaging environment for children, coordinating with parents, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and standards. The role also involves strategic planning, maintaining infrastructural readiness, and supporting the overall growth and reputation of the center.

Qualifications

• Skills in Curriculum Development and understanding of Education methodologies
• Proven experience in Educational Leadership and the ability to guide and inspire teams
• Strong Communication skills to lead effectively and engage with staff, parents, and stakeholders
• Research skills to stay updated with early childhood education trends and implement best practices
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
• Ability to build collaboration and partnerships with parents and the community
• Previous experience in managing pre-schools or early education centers is highly desirable
