A Centre Operations Head or Immigration & Visa Operations Head manages the daily branch or department workflows, team performance, case processing compliance, and client service for travel, study, work, and permanent residency programs

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor operations teams to meet performance, accuracy, and efficiency targets.
• Workflow Management: Oversee end-to-end case processing, document verification, and visa applications.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure all applications strictly adhere to embassy guidelines and immigration laws to maintain high approval rates.
• Process Excellence: Implement optimized workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and digital tracking systems.
• Escalation Handling: Resolve complex client queries and handle escalations professionally.
