Role Description The Center Directoress is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the SJD Educations. Oversee the business development and achieve monthly admission,daily operations of the center, ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed.
Meet with prospective parents, give them tours of the center, and answer any questions they may have and help them take admissions.
Work closely with the center owner and admissions team of franchisor to ensure that enrollment goals are met
Manage a team of educators, providing support, guidance, and feedback as needed.
Implement our lesson plans designed as per curriculum
Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and communicate regularly about their child's progress.
Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records at portal.
Ensure that the center is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
Responsible for profitability and smooth operation of center.
Requirement
- At least 3/5 years of experience in a leadership role, go getter, dynamic,target oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of local language and area is required.
- Leadership and team management skills, including staff supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Operational and administrative skills, such as center management, scheduling, documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Client-facing and communication skills, including customer service, presentation abilities, and professional verbal and written communication.
- Basic technical aptitude for understanding, coordinating with techering and non teaching staffs and ensuring smooth system operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data tracking and reporting, including use of office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in educatiins or Preschool and Daycare experienced teachers, NTT teacher in management, business administration, technology, or a related field; experience in teaching will be given preference.
