Responsibilities

• Support the installation, configuration, and optimization of IIS Web Servers
• Monitoring Windows Server OS (2016/2019) and Cloud platforms (specifically Microsoft Azure).
• Provide support for various interfaces like Web APIs,
• Support network connectivity troubleshooting between POS and Backend (e.g., Azure Load Balancers, ARR, NSGs, VPNs, and HTTPS traffic).
• Create and maintain server usage reports, monitoring dashboards, and manage account permissions.
• Work on troubleshooting infrastructure, offline/online POS synchronization, and database-related issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Use scripting to automate routine server maintenance and task scheduling.
• Assist senior engineers and project managers in application upgrades

Profile

• 2 to 3 years of working experience in supporting Application Infrastructure and Databases.
• Educational Attainment: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any relevant discipline.
• Operating Systems: Good hands-on knowledge of Windows Server OS (2016/2019) and IIS 10 (.NET Framework 4.8). Related certifications are a plus.
• Cloud Platforms: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure (e.g., Azure Load Balancers, Network Security Groups, Azure Key Vault).
• Database: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Scripting: Experience in scripting languages, especially PowerShell and SQL Script, to develop tools for server maintenance.
• Networking: Basic understanding of network connectivity, firewall rules, and load balancing concepts.
• Strong independent logical analysis ability, good document organization, and writing skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills, teamwork spirit, and the ability to work well under pressure.
