About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented CDQA Executive / Data Analyst to support data quality, analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel, and the ability to identify data discrepancies and provide accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Identify data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain and update databases and data records.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data integrity.
- Support process improvement through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, CDQA, Quality, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
- Graduate in any discipline.
