Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Extensive knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and maintain food hygiene standards

Experience: 2–5 years in a reputed hotel or restaurant.

Education: Diploma/Bachelor's in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (BHM/BHMCT).

Culinary Skills: In-depth knowledge of authentic South Indian cuisine.
