Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CDP (Chef de Partie) in the Bakery department. The role is based in Chennai and entails overseeing the daily operations of bakery production, ensuring high-quality standards, and creating innovative baked goods. Responsibilities include preparing baked goods such as bread and cookies, supervising food preparation, ensuring consistency, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the bakery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in baking and the production of a variety of bakery items, including bread and cookies
