Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team on a full-time basis. This on-site role, located in Bengaluru South, involves overseeing daily kitchen operations for specific food stations, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparing and plating dishes, managing kitchen inventory, supervising junior kitchen staff, and upholding cleanliness and efficiency. The CDP will collaborate with the culinary team to consistently deliver diverse, high-quality meals in alignment with Food Whisperer's sustainability and innovation goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in food preparation, culinary techniques, and plating
  • Experience in managing kitchen operations, inventory, and supply chain logistics
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise and train junior kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Adaptability and a commitment to maintaining high standards under pressure
  • Passion for sustainability and modern food technologies
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., culinary arts, food safety), with prior experience in large-scale or corporate dining preferred
