Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Customer Data Platform (CDP) to manage and analyze customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate CDP with various data sources and ensure seamless data flow and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data is collected, processed, and stored efficiently.
- Create and manage customer profiles, segments, and audiences within the CDP.
- Implement data governance and security best practices to protect customer data.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of the CDP infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CDP-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CDP technology and best practices.
SKILLS
Must have:
- Overall experience 8-10 yrs
- Experience in MS Customer Insights Data.
- Experience in MS customer insights journey .
- Experience in Azure, data verse and Power platform
- At least one full project experience on CDP if not certified people with 3 yrs experience in CDP related support etc work.
