The Role of CDP Baking and Pastry in Baking and Pastry department requires you to be well versed with the roles in the kitchen. You should be able to handle all kitchen equipments and ingredients safely and hygienically. You will be leading the team and kitchen and same kind of discipline will be expected from you.
