Job Description – Cdp – Bakery Production

Department: Production

Location: Hyderabad

Industry: Bakery & Food Manufacturing

Reporting To: Production Manager / Executive Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day production of burgers, breads, cookies and biscuits in the central production unit.
• Prepare products as per standard recipes, quality standards and production plans.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, weight, size and appearance.
• Handle mixing, dough preparation, baking, cooling and finishing processes.
• Ensure proper portion control and minimize production wastage.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP standards at all times.
• Monitor raw materials and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area and equipment.
• Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to maintain product standards.
• Support new product trials and recipe standardization when required.
• Maintain production records and report any quality or process deviations.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / Hotel Management / Bakery & Confectionery preferred.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in bakery production or a central kitchen.
• Hands-on experience in bread, burger, cookies and biscuit production.
• Good knowledge of bakery ingredients, mixing, baking and production processes.
• Experience in bulk/centralized production preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and GMP practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and achieve daily targets.
