Chef de Partie (CDP) – Indian Cuisine
Location: North Goa
Experience required 8–10 years in the hotel industry
What we are looking for:
Strong expertise and deep understanding of authentic Indian cuisine
Experience managing a section independently in a professional kitchen
Proven ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and hygiene standards
Leadership qualities to mentor and guide junior kitchen staff
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food preparation and service within your section
Ensure high-quality standards in presentation and taste
Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and inventory control
Collaborate with senior chefs in menu development and costing
Commis I – South Indian Cuisine
Location: North Goa
Experience required 5–7 years in reputed hotel groups
What we are looking for:
Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine and regional specialties
Experience in preparing and presenting buffet and breakfast menus
Commitment to maintaining quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and presentation of South Indian dishes
Maintain buffet standards and ensure excellence in breakfast service
Follow hygiene and safety standards consistently
Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
