CDnA - Data Science Manager

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects/programs to derive business insights that add significant value to Amgen and its patients.
• Identify business needs and recommend suitable analytics-based solutions.
• Design and deploy frameworks to monitor performance metrics of campaigns and tactics at a granular level.
• Lead measurement and tracking of omnichannel customer experience (CX) enablement initiatives.
• Support the creation of machine learning prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and testing models to validate omnichannel strategies.
• Communicate analytics concepts, progress, and outcomes effectively to leadership and business stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree; OR
• Master's degree with 46 years of experience in data science and/or analytics; OR
• Bachelor's degree with 68 years of experience in data science and/or analytics; OR
• Diploma with 1012 years of experience in data science and/or analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong background in campaign measurement, marketing analytics, and resource optimization, preferably within the pharmaceutical domain.
• Programming experience in Python, R, or SAS; familiarity with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, MLlib, TensorFlow).
• Experience handling large datasets; exposure to distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hive) is a plus.
• Clear and practical communication of analytical results.
• Passion for learning and staying current with emerging analytics techniques.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
