About The Opportunity
A reputed healthcare facility in Bangalore is hiring experienced cardiac CCU/ICU nursing professionals for on-site roles. We are recruiting one Shift In-Charge and multiple Staff Nurses to join the cardiac critical-care team, managing post-op cardiac cases, acute coronary syndromes, and high-dependency cardiac monitoring.
Role & Responsibilities
- Shift In-Charge CCU/ICU (Cardiac): Lead and supervise nursing staff during shifts; enforce clinical protocols, allocate duties, and coordinate escalation for critical events.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of cardiac patients, interpret telemetry/ECG trends, and coordinate timely interventions with physicians and allied teams.
- Manage shift planning, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and respond to emergenciesincluding code blue and rapid response activations.
- Staff Nurse CCU/ICU (Cardiac): Deliver bedside critical care to cardiac ICU patientsmonitor vitals, manage infusions, assist in invasive lines and procedures, and administer medications per orders.
- Support physicians and senior nurses during procedures, ensure adherence to infection control and cardiac ICU protocols, and update patient records promptly.
- Participate in handovers, shift-wise audits, and implementation of safety checklists to maintain high standards of patient care.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council registration
- Shift In-Charge: Minimum 5 years experience in CCU/ICU (Cardiac)
- Staff Nurse: 35 years experience in CCU/ICU (Cardiac)
- Strong working knowledge of cardiac ICU protocols, medication titration, and emergency response
- Comfortable with day and night duty patterns (Day: 6 hours; Night: 12 hours)
Preferred
- Experience in post-cardiac surgery and cath-lab recovery care
- Prior leadership or shift-in-charge experience for senior role
- Training or certification in advanced critical-care nursing or cardiac care
Compensation, Location & Shift
- Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (On-site)
- Shift In-Charge: 1 position | Salary: 30,000 35,000 per month
- Staff Nurse: 4 positions | Salary: 26,000 30,000 per month
- Duty Hours: Day Shift 6 hours; Night Shift 12 hours
