A leading security infrastructure provider in India, we deliver end-to-end surveillance and access control solutions for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. Our team deploys, maintains, and upgrades high-resolution CCTV systems integrated with AI-based analytics, cloud monitoring, and smart alerting—ensuring 24/7 situational awareness and compliance with national security standards. We operate across Tier 1–3 cities with a rapidly scaling field engineering force.
Role & Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and troubleshoot analog & IP-based CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and accessories including cabling, power supplies, and mounting hardware.
- Configure network settings, remote access, and cloud integration for video management systems (VMS) on Windows/Linux platforms.
- Perform preventive maintenance, firmware updates, and system diagnostics as part of scheduled site visits or SLA-bound response windows.
- Diagnose and resolve video loss, network latency, storage corruption, and hardware failure issues using multimeters, POE testers, and signal analyzers.
- Document system architecture, camera locations, IP tables, and service logs; provide handover reports to clients and internal teams.
- Advise clients on optimal camera placement, lighting, and scalability for future expansion—collaborating with sales and design teams.

- Microsoft Windows OS
- Multi-meter & Signal Testing Tools
- Preferred
- Experience with Hikvision or Dahua systems
- Basic knowledge of AI analytics (motion detection, face recognition)
- Field service certification (NASSCOM,安防工程师)
