We are seeking a skilled CCTV Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems, ensuring the security and surveillance needs of our clients are met.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of CCTV systems to ensure functionality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CCTV systems and provide technical support as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist in the configuration and setup of CCTV software and hardware components.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance or related field.
- Proficient in CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols related to video surveillance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
- Familiarity with video management software and remote viewing applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
