Role Description

We are looking for a CCTV Technician to join our team in an on-site, full-time capacity at our location in Ahmedabad. This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CCTV surveillance systems. Responsibilities include conducting routine system checks, configuring hardware and software, ensuring proper cable management, and promptly addressing system malfunctions. The technician will also provide technical support and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during system installation and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems
• Knowledge of hardware components, wiring, and basic electrical systems
• Proficiency in configuring CCTV software and networking systems
• Ability to conduct routine technical checks and system diagnostics
• Strong problem-solving and technical support skills
• Adherence to safety protocols and quality installation standards
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Prior experience in security systems or related fields is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are an advantage
