Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CCTV Technician based in Coimbatore. The primary responsibilities of this role include installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining CCTV systems. The technician will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system functionality, and provide on-site support to clients. They will also work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service, adhere to safety regulations, and handle equipment responsibly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CCTV Installation and system configuration
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in system Troubleshooting for efficient problem resolution
- Understanding and compliance with safety protocols, particularly when working with Hazardous Materials
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Technical certification or relevant vocational training is preferred
