Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and responsible CCTV Executive to monitor surveillance systems, ensure safety compliance, and support security operations. The candidate should have 24 years of hands-on experience in CCTV monitoring, incident reporting, and security coordination.

Job Description

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage across premises.
  • Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities or security breaches.
  • Maintain surveillance logs and incident reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with on-ground security staff during emergencies.
  • Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues.
  • Retrieve and share footage for investigations when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data.
  • Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
  • Support audits and internal investigations as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduation (Any Stream).
  • 24 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring/security surveillance.
  • Experience in corporate/industrial/hospitality/residential environments preferred.
  • Certification in CCTV operations or security management.
  • Basic knowledge of fire safety and emergency response procedures.
  • Familiarity with access control systems.

Skills

  • Strong observation and analytical skills.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations.
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and MS Office.
  • Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of safety and security protocols.
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.
