Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with a strong background in networking and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will also serve as a trainer for CCNA, CCNP, and AWS certification courses, guiding students through complex technical concepts and practical applications
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.
Ensure security measures are in place and conduct regular audits.
Perform regular backups and disaster recovery operations.
Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls.
Implement and support LAN/WAN connectivity and network protocols.
Troubleshoot network issues and optimize performance.
Develop and deliver training materials for CCNA, CCNP, and AWS certification courses.
Conduct hands-on labs and practical sessions to enhance learning.
Provide mentorship and support to students during their training journey.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in networking and cloud computing.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation for systems configurations, processes, and training materials.
Generate reports on system performance and training outcomes.
Work closely with other IT staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent).
Proven experience in system administration and network management.
Strong teaching and communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.
