Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Ensure defined Configuration & Change Management (CCM) processes are followed throughout the product lifecycle; maintain CCM documentation and CM-owned deliverables.
  • Define and maintain the CCM plan, configuration items/work products, product structures, baselines, and records.
  • Administer and support CCM tool landscape (e.g., Jira/Confluence, PLM/PDM such as Windchill, DMS, version control); manage access/permissions.
  • Run/support Change Control Board (CCB) activities (agenda, moderation support, minutes, issue transitions) and represent CCM in audits/assessments.
  • Ensure traceability and publish deviations/status in regular cadence; support configuration audits, archiving/retrieval, and release activities.
  • Build AI-enabled workflows to automate project operations: status reporting, meeting summaries, action tracking, milestone checklist reporting (status/owners), and PJM artefacts for milestone reviews.
  • Create and maintain dashboards/KPIs for PMO/PJM; integrate data via APIs from enterprise tools.
  • Support prompt engineering, model evaluation/quality checks, documentation of solutions (test cases/runbooks), and ensure data governance/compliance.
  • Develop scripts/frameworks to improve productivity and standardization across projects in collaboration with PJMs, operations, and IT.

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • We are looking for a Junior CCM Engineer with strong AI and automation skills to support Project/Program Management (PJM/PMO) activities. The role ensures hands-on CCM activities like baseline building, publishing baselines to projects, monitoring baseline completeness, process compliance across the product lifecycle while delivering AI-enabled automation for reporting, traceability, milestone readiness, and operational dashboards using enterprise data and internal tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • 2–4 years of experience with AI implementation and dashboard building(mandatory); exposure to CCM/PLM/ALM environments preferred.
  • Strong Python, REST APIs/JSON, SQL; data analysis using Pandas/NumPy; Git-based collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of ML/NLP and LLM-assisted workflows(summarisation, extraction, Q&A); strong prompt engineering and automation mindset.
  • Good communication, structured problem-solving, and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
