Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer queries via calls, emails, and chat for international clients
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
  • Log customer issues in the system and follow up for timely resolution
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy throughout all interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Meet daily and monthly performance metrics

Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Graduate/Undergraduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service systems is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Immediate joiners preferred
