CCandB Testing/Validation Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end to end testing for utility billing implementations ensuring accurate and compliant billing outcomes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop test strategies execute functional validation manage defects and support release readiness
• Drive quality through effective test planning billing process validation stakeholder coordination team mentoring and comprehensive reporting

Technical Requirements:

• Proven experience leading testing teams mentoring team members and managing large scale utility billing releases
• Strong stakeholder management skills expertise in UAT coordination release signoffs and a track record of driving improvements in testing processes quality reporting and delivery predictability

Additional Responsibilities:

• Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent with 4 15 years of experience in Quality Engineering focused on Utility Billing and Functional Testing
• Strong expertise in test planning functional validation defect management and coordinating testing activities to ensure quality delivery within project timelines
