Role Description

The CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Platform Specialist will play a key role in implementing, managing, and optimizing CCaaS solutions to meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include platform configuration, troubleshooting issues, analyzing customer requirements, and supporting system integrations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and providing technical guidance to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in CCaaS platform implementation, configuration, and administration
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, debugging, and providing support
  • Skills in system integration, API usage, and data management
  • Understanding of customer experience (CX) best practices and tools
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to technology advancements and learn new systems quickly
  • Familiarity with cloud-based services and CRM platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
