Role Description
The CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) Platform Specialist will play a key role in implementing, managing, and optimizing CCaaS solutions to meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include platform configuration, troubleshooting issues, analyzing customer requirements, and supporting system integrations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services and providing technical guidance to clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
