Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Co Curricular Activity In Charge. The Co Curricular Activity In Charge will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising co-curricular activities. This includes coordinating with teachers, parents, and students to ensure the smooth running of events, developing activity schedules, managing budgets for activities, and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. Additionally, the role involves promoting student participation and ensuring a diverse range of activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, organizing, and supervising co-curricular activities
• Strong coordination and communication skills with teachers, parents, and students
• Ability to manage budgets and develop activity schedules
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for promoting student participation and ensuring diversity in activities
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other related software
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Event Management, or related field preferred
