Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified, and student-focused
German Teacher to teach Middle School students in a CBSE curriculum school. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop proficiency in the German language while fostering an appreciation for German language through engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach German as a foreign language to Middle School students in accordance with school and CBSE guidelines.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and assessment data.
- Prepare students for internal assessments and relevant language proficiency examinations, where applicable.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate instructional strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in German Language, German Studies or a related field.
- Certification in German Language Proficiency (such as Goethe-Zertifikat B2/C1/C2 or equivalent).
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience in German language instruction, preferably in a CBSE or international school setting.
- Strong command of spoken and written German and English.
Compensation: Rs. 40000 to 50000 /month based on experience and last pay
