CBS Specialist

CBS is Continentals initiative for productivity, growth and lean-agile transformation.

CBS specialist reports to Head of CBS and supports in

1) Development and execution of CBS strategy at SAM level

2) Leading the improvement projects / programs (E.g. SFMS, Maturity Assessments, Jishuken, SMED, SPS)

3) Developing the competency in SAM locations for the assigned lean methods

4) Managing CBS Improvement projects & support for status tracking.
