The Commercial Banking Group is responsible for delivering One Axis to clients with a turnover between Rs 10 Crs. to Rs 250 Crs. by offering products & solutions around forex, trade, payments, cash management and tax payments along with retail products like salary, trust services, forex, commercial card, credit cards etc
About the Role

The person in this job-role is expected to own the complete roadmap for digital transformation and journey for Small Business Banking products, that are currently in build as well as in plan for building
The role is extremely critical as it entails liaising with various stakeholders to ensure that journey is best-in-class in terms of customer experience and at same time rolled out on time in the market

Key Responsibilities
.Manage Sanklap project planning & delivery with IT team
.Work with product team give project plan and requirement for digital transformation of existing and newly envisaged journeys
.Work closely with IT and other stakeholders for testing of development in UAT & CUG
.Train sales team as plan of roll-out in phases and all India
.Review and share issues highlighted by sales team during CUG
.Work closely with IT, Maximus, Credit, Ops, Sales squad, for smooth roll-out of modules to sales team, channel partners and branches
.Plan and execute Sankalp location-wise roll-out and training
.Monitor post-product application adaption, usage and issues
.Draft CMC and get stake-holder approval for roll-out

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.MBA - Finance / Marketing or Chartered Accountant
.Min 2 years of experience in Banking or Financial Institutions on Lending products and Digital transformation
