Corporate Bank Central:

The corporate Bank Central team comprises of the Business management, Divisional control office, KYC, Mercury & other central functions. The scope of the Business Management activities will typically be diverse and may include strategic business planning, financial control and reporting tasks, control function liaison, headcount management and compensation matters, IT and Ops service management and enhancement, co-ordination of business case approval and project sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities will vary depending on functional deployment, but may include the following:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business goals
  • Oversee the implementation of initiatives across teams
  • Provide data driven insights and reports to support decision making Prepare presentations and executive summaries for the leadership team
  • Driving strategic execution, business transformation change, delivery of target operating model.
  • Support projects, sub projects, workstreams, and ad hoc business requests as required.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and deep dives into financial performance & business drivers
  • Analyses & optimization of processes.

Your Skills & experience:

  • Experience of business management or process governance & Cost control functions
  • Analysis & Process assessment skills
  • Significant attention to detail and high degree of initiative
  • Excellent skills in using MS Office in specific Power Point and Excel
  • Driven and motivated to work under tight timelines
