Job Title: CB CAD KYC Process Engineering Project & Change Lead, AVP

Role Description
- Deutsche Bank (DB) is committed to effectively managing its AntiMoney Laundering (AML) and Sanctions risks across all businesses and geographies in order to protect the bank being misused for financial crime or the laundering of illicit proceeds.
- Each DB division, including the Corporate Bank (CB), is required to maintain robust Know Your Client/Customer (KYC) measures to mitigate financial crime risks. Within this framework, the Client Aligned Delivery (CAD) functionpart of KYC Operations under CB & IB Operations and Controlsplays a central role in supporting the global KYC lifecycle for all CB business areas. The team is responsible for overseeing KYC processes endtoend and driving improvements in the Corporate Bank's KYC program with a strong focus on both client and business needs.
- The CB CAD KYC Process Engineering team, operating within CAD, is accountable for maintaining Accountable Client Owner (ACO) and Business Senior Manager (BSM) data for CB, the proper design of and support on CRV/Sales Home as business KYC frontend and for managing a range of CB KYC Perimeter and Pipeline processes that ensure KYC governance and operational integrity.
- A key priority of this team is to drive enhancements across the perimeter and pipelinerelated KYC landscape to deliver an improved endtoend client experience and establish KYC as a competitive differentiator for the Corporate Bank.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the local CB CAD KYC Process Engineering subteam in Mumbai, providing organizational guidance, supporting individual development, and ensuring alignment with the overall CB CAD KYC objectives.
- Take responsibility for supporting the Head of CB CAD KYC Process Engineering, including broader organizational and teammanagement activities.
- provide handson support the team's CB CAD KYC business tasks and processes, ensuring smooth execution of BAU activities and timely assistance to key CB KYC stakeholders.
- Act as project coordinator for CB CAD KYC, driving and supporting process and tool enhancements, and contributing to the development of strategic global CB KYC solutions to strengthen risk coverage while focusing on Corporate Bank clients and business needs.
- Serve as a main point of contact for adhoc queries and escalations from CB Business, ensuring timely resolution in close collaboration with relevant business partners.
- Represent the CB CAD KYC Team and/or Corporate Bank Business in key governance forums and KYC working groups or project environments.
Your Skills And Experience
- A proven track record of at least two years in a leadership position, demonstrating the ability to set clear direction, motivate diverse teams, resolve conflicts constructively, and foster an inclusive, highperforming (virtual) team culture.
- Client business experience, ideally within the Corporate Bank environment, combined with solid knowledge of KYC fundamentals, AFC/FCR standards, and the implications of financial regulatory requirements.
- Strong timemanagement and prioritization capabilities, ensuring that both short and longterm deliverables are met while effectively handling high volumes of queries and tasks.
- A selfstarter mindset, with the ability to grasp relatively complex topics quickly and apply strong problemsolving skills with both client and business focus.
- An excellent and concise communicator in English, both written and spoken, able to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. German language skills are an advantage.
- A collaborative team player, committed to supporting global colleagues in a timesensitive, solutionoriented, and cooperative manner.
- Experience with DB AI tools, such as dbLumina and Microsoft Copilot, enabling efficient ways of working and contributing to process improvements.
